HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT

The department is headed by a Manager. It is tasked with managing the entry, stay, and exit of human resources and providing administrative support services. Specifically, the department is mandated to:

  1. Develop and implement Human Resource policies, regulations, and practices in the Board;
  2. Prepare Submissions for appointment, confirmation, discipline, and transfer of staff in the NBRB;
  3. Provide advice to the technical departments on the interpretation of Public Service Standing orders, Human Resource Policy, Code of Conduct, staff regulations, and other relevant human resource issues;
  4. Receive, register, and classify records; and
  5. Organize and administer information in the registry and resource center;
