Directorate of Finance and Administration

The Directorate of Finance and Administration is headed by a Director who provides strategic leadership of the directorate. The Directorate consists of the following Departments:

  1. Finance and Accounts Department
  2. Human Resources and Administration Department
  3. Information Technology Department
  4. Procurement and Disposal Unit

Key Functions

  1. To develop and implement effective financial management and accounting systems, policies, and procedures
  2. To provide effective and efficient administrative, logistics and facilities support systems.
  3. To provide support for the establishment of an open, innovative, and learning organization staffed with a highly skilled, competent, motivated, well-cultured, and healthy workforce.
  4. To manage procurement and disposal of Assets, and
  5. To provide ICT services to the Board
