The Directorate of Technical Services manages compliance and inspection training and outreach programs. It ensures that the Board is operating within the mandate as stated in the Building Control Act, 2013, and that all relevant stakeholders are aware of their obligations and comply with the provisions of the Building Control Act 2013, legal and Regulatory framework.

The Directorate is headed by a director who provides strategic leadership of the directorate and this has Three Departments and a Research center;

3. Research and Standards Development Department
